Baby Shower Gift Guide

Pictures from baby shower gift guide by Worthy Threads, unique toddler clothing brand

A baby shower is a really exciting event for a mama to be. For me, buying baby gifts is almost as exciting. I love gifting my favorite pieces to friends: the ones that saved us in those early months or the ones that bring up so many wonderful memories when my little kids were babies. If there is a registry, I tend to stick to it for my main gift since the parents clearly went through and selected each product they want. If they are anything like me, they put a ton of time and research into their list.
I created this gift guide with the help of my pregnant friends or those with young babies and by polling the Hey Mama community to come up with comprehensive list of our collective mama must haves/favorites.
1. Gerber side snap short sleeve shirts were so necessary that first week or so before the umbilical cord came off. ($9.99) 2. Worthy Threads Loungewear will make you wish they came in your size. (price varies) 3. 7A.M. Enfant  The WarmMuffs make for a much more comfortable stroller walk for mom when it's freezing out there! (on sale for $17.99) 4. Dohm Classic is fan based white noise, which masks sounds for a better night sleep. ($44.95) 5. The Bee & The Fox This tiny shirt is simple, but so perfect. It was a sad day when my son outgrew his. ($25) 6. Worthy Threads Beatnik Pinafore is always a crowd favorite at showers. It's unexpected print is perfect at a baby shower. ($45) 7. Zutano booties were my favorite! They come in tons of colors and were the only ones that seemed to stay on my kids baby feet! ($21) 8. Keekaroo Peanut Changer is unlike any other diaper changing pad! Its strong outer shell makes it impermeable to any fluid and is easy to clean. ($129.959. Dock-A-Tot  is a multi-functional lounging, playing, chilling, resting and snuggling dock for baby and tots 0-36 months. ($195) 10. Nuna Pipa This car seat is one all of my new mom friends, I am especially jealous of the sun shade that nearly blocks all the light and protects your precious one from UV rays. ($299.95) 11. Burts Bee's Baby Zip up footies are the single most important thing I needed when I brought my little ones home. The snaps were virtually impossible in those first few weeks when we were changing diapers every few hours. This one features a side zip and soft organic cotton. ($13.95) 12. Ubbi Diaper Pail is the one that keeps all the smells contained. With a steel base and rubber seals, the dirty diapers stay inside. Bonus: no special bags are required. ($69.99) 13. Fisher Price Once your little one can sit up, this is a perfect place to put them to get some energy out. ($104.99) 14. Nest Camera The video monitor that doubles as a security system. The Nest is always watching, so you can get some much needed sleep. ($199) 15. Rockabye Baby You no longer have to be bored listening to your kids music, this brand sets lullabies to The Beatles, Drake, Lady Gaga, the list goes on... ($11.99) 16. Comotomo This bottle was designed to most closely mimic breastfeeding so there is less nipple confusion and more ease of feeding. ($23.99) 17. Little Unicorn Cotton Muslin Swaddle Set don't have to be boring, this brand offers great prints that parents will love wrapping their baby in. ($38.00) 18. Miracle Blanket This is the most genius product for those strong willed babies to keep their swaddles on and sleeping longer. ($29.95) 19. ToteSavvy Just because you're a new mom doesn't mean you have to retire your favorite bags. This insert turns every bag into a baby bag. ($65) 20. Honest Co Both mom and dad will equally adore our cleverly designed backpack that works as both a super chic, spacious bag as well as a multi-functional diaper bag. ($149.95) 21. Boon GRASS Drying Rack holds all your baby accessories as they air dry on the flexible blades that resemble real grass. ($11.05) 22. ABC's of the 80's A totally awesome board book filled with RAD '80s nostalgia and pop culture from Alf-Zubaz! It's the perfect gift for all. ($15.95)
