Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in Baltimore, Maryland. Therefore, all items are listed in U.S. currency and we are not responsible for additional customs or exchange rates.

Q: How do I care for my threads?

A: Everything is machine washable in cold water and tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. We recommend turning inside out.

Q: What is your return policy?

Returns
You may return any full priced items within 30 days (45 for international orders) of purchase, as long as they unworn/unwashed, and in the original packaging. To return any items from your order please email customercare@worthy-thread.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges are acceptable within 14 days of receiving items as long as they unworn/unwashed. Please email customercare@worthy-threads.com to setup an exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout, within 5 business days. Only full priced items are eligible for refunds, all sale priced items are not eligible for a refund.

Incorrect Item
If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact customercare@worthy-threads.com as soon as possible so we can ensure you get the correct item. A prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the correct item will be sent as previously specified.

Defective Product
A refund, store credit, or replacement when available will be offered to you if an item is received defective. Defective product must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund. Please send an email to customercare@worthy-threads.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect. Once an item received is deemed defective by our customer service team a prepaid USPS shipping label will be sent to you via email. Once the package has been accepted into the carrier's system, the refund or replacement will be processed as previously specified. We don’t offer refund, credit, or replacement on purchases over 30 days old, or items that have been worn or washed. 

Product Variance
Due to the handmade nature of our dresses, there may be some size varience in our items. Please allow for plus or minus variances in sizing, up to 1" in length and 1/2" in width. Additionally, our fabric and patterns are often hand painted and hand dyed so there may be variance in pattern from what is exactly pictured on our site.

Q: How are my threads being sent?

A: We typically ship using USPS & UPS. We only provide tracking to U.S. residents. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before you complete checkout.
