Our Standard shipping option is typically delivered by the USPS, but when necessary we also ship via UPS. We try to use the carrier that gets to the customer as quickly as possible.
Delivery estimates apply to orders shipped within the contiguous United States only.
We are not currently shipping to APO, FPO or PO boxes.
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. Please note that it may take up to three business days after receipt of shipping notification for the information to populate on your tracking number. If you have still not seen any updates after three business days, please contact email@example.com.
You may return any full priced items within 30 days (45 for international orders) of purchase, as long as they unworn/unwashed, and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for getting the pieces back to us in order to return your Threads. If you would like to make a return or exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout, within 5 business days. Only full priced items are eligible for refunds, all sale priced items are not eligible for a refund.
