Everything I've been enjoying this month!
Buying
With Black Friday/Cyber Week over, I not only bought tons of presents but I also stocked up on all my favorite necessities.  I always use that week to re-up my supply of lotions, sneakers, leggings and other things I use on the daily.
While not the most stylish of shoes, I absolutely love my Hoka Bondi 8's. These are my third pair and I wear them to death! I walk a lot so I wear them out quickly which is why I wait until Black Friday to stock up! I love the support and extra cushion for my daily walking workouts. Favorite sneakers.

After an unnecessary amount of deliberation between the below and the shearling lined ones, I ultimately went with these. (Nobody asked for my rationale but I will give it to you regardless. 😉 Reviews stated the shearling comes off relatively quickly and I don't like wearing shoes like this without socks and feared my feet would get too hot. Again nobody asked, but please know this was a HARD decision 😏 because I think the shearling are v cute.)

I do think I will get more use out of these since I can wear them through the spring.

Cooking

I made this one for dinner one for dinner on a cold night. WhiIe it isn't the most kid friendly of flavors (I made them mac & cheese that night), I liked it so much, that I am eating leftovers of it right now. I didn't have any honey nut or butternut squash on hand, so I used a mix of white sweet potatoes and white potato. After it cooked, I spooned some whole milk greek yogurt on top and it was delicious and really easy to make. I highly recommend for an easy, healthy, vegetarian week night dinner (or side). This is from NYTimes, but linking a different site in case you don't have a subscription!

This would also be a great dish to bring to a holiday gathering.
READING
I have been trying to be better about putting my phone down and picking up a physical book. You probably know that already if you follow #worthybookclub on Instagram. Feel free to read with me!

COULD. NOT. PUT. IT. DOWN. This one was WILD and CRAZY and I couldn't stop reading it until the very end! It will leave you wondering who is crazy, who is a victim and who to believe. Run to get this one to read on your holiday vacation or staycation.
I hope you have a magical holiday season whatever you celebrate! ✨✨
xo,
Jessica
