Everything I've been enjoying this month!
Buying

I have been in full Spring cleaning mode and getting rid of clutter (mostly from my kids rooms), which is opening up space to buy more things. Some of those things are listed below!

Can I just say, I LOVE these pants. I bought them on a whim on Spring break and I am so glad I did! They are light, easy breezy, comfy and look cute on. I wore them when we traveled home and continued to wear them the entire rest of the day. I am only not in them now because they are in the wash.

I almost never get my nails polished, but I did for Spring break and just really love how they look. Realistically, I am not one to start getting regular manicures (regular pedicures? Now that's a different story), but I do want my nails to look nice. Enter: Illuminating Nail Concealer by LondonTown - a universally flattering, all-in-one brightener that illuminates and conceals with a sheer veil of color, giving nails a healthy-looking glow—rendering all yellowing, staining, or imperfections erased.

Cooking

Savory
This one was so good that I have made it a number of times (and probably shared it before!) It's by Boston based cook, Caitlin Latessa-Greene aka StarInfiniteFood. She is veggie forward, but this Garlic-Honey-Mustard Salmon with Avocado-Feta-Caper Mash & Parmesan Kale Crunch is worth eating "sea meat" as my friend's daughter calls it!
Sweet
With Spring here and Summer just around the corner, I am gearing up to make lots of Summery treats. This Lemon Blueberry Quick Bread is one of those things. I made it a few times last Summer and everyone loved it! (Side comment: It's crucial to rub the zest together with your fingers!) Let me know if you make it and what you think! Also, I would love to hear what Summery treats are in your rotation!
Reading
If you are just heading out on spring break or just looking to get out of a reading rut, The Social Climber is for you! Written in a breakneck pace, capturing the glittering, privileged world of the one-percenters, The Social Climber is a gripping novel of one woman’s determination to seek justice at any cost. Highly recommend this one and would love to hear your opinion or what you're reading next!
I hope your Spring is full of nothing but flowery type of things!
xo, Jessica
